Landscaping of Common Areas, Electricity for Street Lights, Pool Upkeep, etc. HOA Budget information is available on the HOA page - in the pull down menu area below the list of Board of Directors & Officers. **Note** Even if your house is up for sale, our covenants state that you are responsible to pay your association dues. You will be reimbursed pro-rated at closing by the buyer. A lein can be put on homes with unpaid dues. [Covenants ARTICLE IV - pgs. 5-9] Our calendar year for the dues runs January - December. If you bought between these months, your dues should have been pro-rated. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Would you like to know what kind of fence styles are allowed in Mainstreet? How do I get my sunroom approved by the HOA? What are the rules about Satellite Dishes? All your questions are answered in the Architectural Review Guidelines and Procedures... a MUST- READ for every Mainstreet resident. See the 2nd drop down menu on Our HOA page.

Why can't I park my boat in my driveway? My neighbor leaves his trash can at the curb all week; are their rules about this? The HOA Board approved Mainstreet Standards and Guidelines spells out everything you need to know about living in Mainstreet. See the 2nd drop down menu on Our HOA page (below the list of Board members). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Parking on Streets... Please be considerate of your neighbors.
